1. Slag removal and blocking: Effective slag removal agents can be used in ladle, intermediate ladle, and electric furnace. After evenly spreading on the surface of the molten metal by manual or spray gun, stirring slightly can quickly gather into a slag shell that is easy to separate from the metal solution. Removing the slag shell can obtain a pure solution, avoiding slag inclusion in castings and improving quality. And it should not explode, splash, stick to packages, or hang on walls. If slag blocking is required, a slag aggregating agent can be added to the ladle or furnace mouth after slag removal and before casting, forming a strip-shaped floating dam to block scattered slag, eliminating manual slag blocking, reducing labor intensity, and improving production efficiency.      

      2. Insulation coverage: The effective slag removal agent has a low thermal conductivity, and forming a good insulation layer on the surface of the metal melt can reduce the heat loss of the solution. This is an excellent insulation covering agent for metal solutions that require intermediate subcontracting or long parking time.    

      3. Environmental Protection: Effective slag removal agents have no pollution, no infiltration, and do not affect the chemical composition and mechanical properties of metal melts. No smoke, dust or harmful gas pollution, can purify the environment, and promote civilized production.

      4. Dosage: Depending on the size of the molten area, temperature, and impurity content of the melted metal, the dosage may be adjusted accordingly.
