Flow channel coating: AT110 is a beige, high-quality, hot water-resistant coating that provides excellent protection for flow channels, distributors, filter boxes, iron tools, iron crucibles, and thermocouples. It is used to protect the surfaces of refractory materials such as flow channels and distributors that come into direct contact with aluminum liquid. It can also be used to protect various iron-based tools that come into direct contact with aluminum or zinc liquid.

Product Features: Made with zircon powder as a mixed material, it exhibits excellent adhesion. One coating provides sufficient thermal strength and resistance to aluminum corrosion, thereby extending the lifespan of refractory materials. Easy to use, it can be applied by brushing or troweling. It dries easily and can be dried using a blowtorch, with no bubbles or bulges occurring on the coating surface.

Instructions for use: Clean and polish the flow channel or metal tool until it is smooth. If using a brush or smearing method, it can be used without dilution.

If spraying is used, it can be diluted with 10-30% water. It can be air-dried for a long time or baked dry with a blowtorch.

Packaging and Storage: 5kg/barrel, 20kg/box. During storage, barrels containing paint must be tightly sealed.
