ACN1 Sodium Remover
1、 Product Features
ACN1 sodium remover is in powder or granular form, which can effectively remove sodium elements from aluminum alloys, prevent sodium embrittlement and casting cracks. The reaction product floats on the surface, making it easy to remove.
2、 Applicable scenarios
Suitable for the removal of excessive sodium content in aluminum silicon alloys (especially high silicon alloys), as well as the production process of sodium sensitive aluminum alloys.
3、 Dosage
The recommended addition amount is 0.2% to 0.5% of the mass of the aluminum liquid. The specific dosage will be adjusted according to the sodium content and process requirements.
4、 Usage method
The temperature of the aluminum liquid is between 720 ℃ and 750 ℃. Press the sodium remover into the bottom with a bell jar or spray it with a powder sprayer, and stir for 3-5 minutes.
After standing still, remove the surface floating debris. Sampling analysis, can be reprocessed.
5、 Precautions
Pay attention to smoke and maintain ventilation during operation; Store moisture resistant.
