RS1-1 heating agent is in powder or particle form, which undergoes an exothermic reaction upon contact with aluminum slag or liquid, rapidly increasing the local temperature and promoting the aggregation and recovery of metallic aluminum in the slag.

2、 Applicable scenarios

Suitable for recycling aluminum metal from aluminum slag (such as hot slag and aluminum ash) to improve metal recovery rate.

3、 Dosage

Add 1% to 5% of the slag content, adjusting according to the slag temperature and aluminum content in the slag.

4、 Usage method

Collect the hot slag in a dedicated slag bin or frying pan. Spread the heating agent evenly on the slag surface and stir appropriately.

After the reaction, the aluminum metal settles at the bottom and can be poured out or scooped out. The remaining ash will be transferred to the next process for processing.

5、 Precautions

Heating agents are not allowed to be added to the bottom of aluminum ash (slag) containers and can only be used in open environments. After adding the heating agent, it should be stirred immediately to evenly heat the aluminum ash. Wear protective equipment during operation and keep away from flammable materials.

Store separately in a well ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture.

8、 Shelf life

12 months, prohibited from use due to moisture.
