APB boronizing agent
Scope of application: Used for boronizing treatment during the production of electrical round aluminum rods from remelted aluminum ingots and electrolytic aluminum liquid.
Principle of action: After boronizing treatment, the aluminum liquid can transform harmful impurities from solid solution state to precipitated state, partially eliminating the harmful effects of iron, titanium, vanadium, chromium, and manganese elements that significantly affect conductivity, thereby improving the conductivity of the product.
Performance characteristics: This product not only has the boronizing effect on harmful impurities in aluminum, but also has the function of purifying aluminum liquid and refining aluminum matrix grains.
Content: Boron: 3%
Operating temperature: ≥720ºC.
Dosage: Add according to the on-site situation.
Usage: It is recommended to treat aluminum liquid with inert gas and boronizing agent. Before use, it should be inspected. If it absorbs moisture, it should be dried beside the furnace before use. When the temperature of the alloy liquid reaches the processing temperature required by the process, the powder injector is filled with inert gas, and the refining tube is inserted into the bottom of the aluminum liquid. It is moved horizontally in various places inside the furnace and performs a '井' pattern movement, so that the powder can be distributed as evenly as possible inside the molten pool. The boronizing reaction time is about 10 minutes.
Packaging and Storage: Packed in inner plastic bags, with a net weight of 2Kg per bag, and outer carton packaging, with 20Kg per carton. This product is not classified as flammable or explosive hazardous material,
