Element removal agent (AC)

1. Removal principle:

The diffusely sprayed removal agent reacts chemically with specific elements in the aluminum alloy, causing the reaction products to float to the surface of the aluminum liquid, thereby achieving the purpose of removing the specific elements.

II. Product Advantages:

Method 1 is an economical, stable, and effective method for removing elements.

The removal agent enhances the degassing and slag removal effects, improves the metal purification effect, and enhances mechanical properties.

III. Usage

 It is best to use the remover in two steps. First, use 50% of the total amount, then remove the slag, and then use the remaining 50%.

   Before spraying, the melt temperature should be raised to above 720℃, and the burner should be turned off.

   During the spraying process, it is necessary to ensure that the removal agent is in full contact with all parts of the melt.

   4. Time: 8-15 minutes (for furnaces ranging from 6 tons to 20 tons).

   Factors affecting removal efficiency: temperature, element content.

IV. Dosage

  1. Magnesium Removal Agent (ACM): Magnesium Removal Ratio (4-6): This means that to remove 1kg of magnesium, 4-6kg of magnesium removal agent is required.

  2. Calcium Removal Agent (ACG): Calcium Removal Ratio (6-10): This means that to remove 1kg of calcium, 6-10kg of calcium removal agent is required.

  3. Alkali Chaser (ACN): When the sodium content is less than 0.1% but greater than 0.001%, add it at a rate of 2kg/T-Al. When the sodium content is less than 0.001%, add it at a rate of 2-4kg/T-Al.

Packaging: 2kg/small bag, 20kg/inner bag (box)

Storage: Store in a dry place. Shelf life: 6 months.
